The quality is better than I expected. The metal door feels secure, and the latch opens and closes smoothly. There's plenty of room inside, and I like that I can check on my cat through the top window. Much nicer than our old carrier.

My cat actually seems to enjoy this carrier! She walked in by herself when I first set it down, then went back inside a couple more times. The space is comfortable for her, and she doesn't seem nervous being in it.

Been using this carrier for almost two months now, and it's held up really well. It's quite spacious and sturdy, and my little cat seems to like it. No complaints so far!
