Shipping Coverage

This shipping policy applies to U.S. delivery addresses that can be selected at checkout and for which shipping rates can be calculated. If no shipping option is available for an address at checkout, that address is not currently supported.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time covers the period from order confirmation until the package is handed to the carrier.

Transit Time

After dispatch, standard transit time is approximately 10–30 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–33 business days, including order processing and transit.

Delivery times are estimates under normal conditions. Extreme weather, carrier congestion, address issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact support@pawlyeden.com.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is US$9.90. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee is US$9.90.

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final shipping fee for your order.
