The shoulder straps are soft and don't dig into my shoulders. There's plenty of room for my cat's head, and she seems quite comfortable sitting inside. Took her out for a little trip and she was surprisingly calm the whole time.

Such a handy carrier for my little dog. He gets tired easily and doesn't like walking too far, so this makes outings much easier. I can carry him comfortably without having to hold him in my arms the whole time. He seems pretty relaxed in it, and honestly, he looks adorable peeking out!
